We’ve been awarded a Merit for the second year running for our commitment to customer and property safety by the British Safety Council in their globally recognised International Safety Awards. The awards were judged by an independent panel of health and safety professionals.

The Government has introduced a new requirement for voters to show photo ID when they vote at polling stations in some elections. This will apply for the first time in England at the local elections held on Thursday 4 May 2023.

We want you to feel safe and secure in your home, so that you can put down roots in your local area, become a part of the community and be able to plan for the future, without worrying that you may have to move out of your home at the end of your tenancy agreement (usually five years for fixed term tenancies).

On the back of new government legislation, additional fire door safety checks will now become a requirement for all buildings over 11 metres in height. If you live in a building that’s 11 metres high or taller, we will be performing safety checks annually for front doors and four times a year for cross-corridor/communal doors from 23 January 2023 onwards.
