That's why we're supporting new government requirements called the Social Tenants Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs). The name sounds complicated, the aim is simple: to help you find all the information you need, when you need it.
What's changing?
From October 2026
We'll make it easier for you to find important information about how we manage homes and services.
This includes information about:
- Repairs and maintenance
- Building and customer safety
- How we're performing
- Customer service and complaints
- Rent and payments
- Estates and neighbourhood services
- Energy efficiency and sustainability
Much of this information is already available on our website, but we’ve now put it all in one place so it’s easier to find.
Our STAIRs pages will continue to be updated on a regular basis, helping you stay updated about what's happening and how we're delivering services.
Looking ahead to April 2027
If you can't find the information you're looking for, you'll be able to make a written request asking for certain information about your home or our services.
We'll respond within 30 calendar days and will provide more information about how to make a request nearer the time.
Why is this important?
Having access to clear information helps you understand how we work, how decisions are made and the services you receive.
It also makes it easier to ask questions, share feedback and have your say.
There may be some information we cannot share for legal or privacy reasons, but we'll always explain why if that’s the case.
