Two Orbit customers, Maxwell Doku and Sayo Ogundayo, have been appointed to the Orbit Board as non-executive directors.
Maxwell and Sayo are both passionate about housing and their lived experience as an Orbit customer, alongside their professional expertise, will make our Board even stronger and help us to continue delivering customer-led improvements to our services.
Maxwell is finance business partner at the Nursing and Midwifery Council, one of the UK’s leading healthcare regulators. Before this he held finance roles at the Hospital of St John and Elizabeth, London, and Olam International. He’s also been a resident Board Member at Barnet Homes, and a member of the Housing and Contract Monitoring and Scrutiny Committee at London Borough of Barnet.
Sayo has experience in technology, sales and client relationship management, working with organisations such as Amazon Web Services, Atos IT Services and Worldline. He’s also a school governor and a founding coach at Tangent, a start-up the technology recruitment sector. Prior to this he was an advisory board member of Cotta, a technology start-up in the creative industries, and
