On the back of new government legislation, additional fire door safety checks will now become a requirement for all buildings over 11 metres in height. If you live in a building that’s 11 metres high or taller, we will be performing safety checks annually for front doors and four times a year for cross-corridor/communal doors from 23 January 2023 onwards.
