With gardening trowels at the ready, members of the 5th Deal Scout Group have met with residents of Caesar Court in Deal to cultivate their plans to enter this year’s Britain in Bloom competition.
Run by specialist market research company, In-house Research Ltd, the independent awards are based on feedback from customers six weeks after they have moved into their new home.
