To report a new repair, please follow the steps below:
As a Shared Owner, Leaseholder or Freeholder you can find your repairs responsibilities in your Lease or Transfer Agreement. Within these documents you will be able to find confirmation of:
Your maintenance and repair responsibilities within your home.
Orbits maintenance and repair responsibilities
Whether or not you need to get our permission before carrying our alterations to your home
Allowing access for our contractor to carry out repairs.
