What is Mutual Exchange?
Mutual Exchange is where two households agree to swap homes with each other. You can swap with another Orbit resident, residents from a different social housing provider or residents housed by your local council.
It’s a permanent swap and could be a good option for you if you’re looking for a home in a new area or just need extra space.

We’re hosting several sessions this summer and we’d love for you to join us. It’s a great opportunity to meet our Mutual Exchange teams, ask questions, and speak to other residents interested in swapping.
