Please use the form below to report damp and mould in your home. Before completing this form, please read our dedicated Damp and Mould information page. On this page you'll find information about how we now work with you if you report damp or mould in your home.
This is due to Awaab’s Law being introduced in October 2025. This change in law means we must address emergency hazards and significant hazards like damp and mould within a certain timeframe.
• We consider several factors when deciding whether damp and mould is an emergency hazard in your home. For example, we look at whether it is widespread, located in a bedroom, or present in the home of someone with higher health risks.
• We take into account if you have babies or young children in your home, are elderly, or if anyone in your household has a weakened immune system, asthma, allergies, or other respiratory conditions.
