- The promoter is Orbit Group Limited (exempt charity) (hereinafter referred to as Orbit) whose registered office is at Garden Court, Harry Weston Road, Binley Business Park, Binley, Coventry, CV3 2SU.
- Employees of Orbit or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and attending an Orbit Better Days event.
- A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted, entries on behalf of others are not permitted.
- The winners of the competition shall receive a £50 in high street vouchers (highstreetvouchers.com) There is no cash equivalent and the prize is not transferrable.
- Orbit’s use of particular products or brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such products or brands.
- The winning entry will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
- Any winning entrant who is the subject of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order obtained by Orbit will be ineligible and in these circumstances, an alternative prize winner will be drawn.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Orbit will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
- Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The winner will be notified within 10 working days of the entry date using the telephone number provided on the entry form.
- Orbit Group Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by telephone two times. If the winner does not respond to calls notifying them of their win, they will lose their right to the prize, and Orbit reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
- Please allow 10 working days from notification for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
- You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Orbit Group Ltd solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
- You consent to this entry form being stored securely in its paper from until the prize is claimed, thereafter the paper entry will be destroyed.
- You understand that this data will not be stored electronically and will not be processed for any other purpose.
- The winner reserves the right to remain anonymous or to consent to having their name and town published in a list of winners.
- By entering the competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in this Terms & Conditions will prevail.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
