We’re excited to let you know of some changes we’re making to provide more local support from us. These improvements are shaped by your feedback and reflect our ongoing commitment to putting customers first through ‘Everyday Excellence’.
What is a Neighbourhood Manager?
You told us you wanted a more local and personal service. To deliver on this, we're introducing new Neighbourhood Managers – a friendly face who will look after you and your area. They’ll be your main point of contact for anything to do with your home, tenancy, or neighbourhood, so you always know who to turn to.
This new role will replace Property Managers and Tenancy Services Officers, giving you a single, clear point of friendly contact.
What does this mean for you?
Having a dedicated Neighbourhood Manager means it will be easier for you to get the right support you need, when you need it.
Our Neighbourhood Managers will be there to listen, act and support you, and they will work seamlessly with our office-based teams to provide a consistently great experience.
Meet your new Neighbourhood Manager at your nearest drop-in event
We're holding a series of drop-in events so you can meet your new Neighbourhood Manager in person, along with other teams from Orbit.
You can come along to ask questions, get advice on repairs or cost of living support and share your feedback directly with us.
Your regional drop-in event will be:
- Orbit Community Hub, East Anglia, Norwich: 2 October
Register to attend
We’re holding two drop-in events on the day, to offer you a choice of timings. Places are limited so book soon by clicking on your preferred timeslot and filling out the form. If family members are joining you, just add their names to the form so we can make sure everyone is included.

Please get in touch with us if you’d like to come along but there’s a reason why this might be a struggle for you email us on customer.engagement@orbit.org.uk.
What's Next?
We're working hard behind the scenes to make these changes. In the meantime, you can keep using all our services as usual. We'll be in touch with more updates soon, so please keep an eye out.
